Surgery opening hours

The surgery will be closed on Monday 18th March 2019 for the St Patrick's day public holiday
Before being assigned an appointment all patients will be asked the following questions:
1. Do you have a fever or respiratory symptoms?
2. Have you been traveled abroad in the past 2-3 weeks, if so where from?
3. Have you been in contact with anyone who has traveled from an COVID-19 area, or you suspect might have COVID-19?
4. If in doubt please telephone the surgery on 01-455 6299, or email in and request a call back reception@errigalsurgery.ie
Failure to provide honest, truthful answers to these questions will put yourself, other patients and the practice staff at risk. You will be asked to leave the surgery immediately and contacted by phone if required.
We are asking patients not to attend the surgery with non-urgent matters as by attending you might put yourself at additional risk.
GPs are not in a position to test for Coronavirus COVID-19 but patients with symptoms should contact the surgery by phone or email but DO NOT attend in person.
